We provide metal cutting on Behringer band saws (DE). The robust grey‑cast‑iron construction dampens vibration — resulting in high accuracy and a clean cut surface.

We also cut customer-supplied material. Bronze, brass, copper and bearing bronze can be supplied from stock and cut to length.

METAL CUTTING

We cut metals on Behringer band saws and an additional hydraulic‑gravity saw with a cutting capacity of approx. 350 mm. The cast‑iron construction supports high accuracy and good surface finish.

From customer-supplied material we mainly cut stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, steel, aluminium and other materials by agreement. From stock we can supply and cut bronze, brass, copper and bearing bronze.

About the company

The company was established on 29 July 1994 and is registered with the Regional Court in Plzeň under file no. C 5428. In the past it was the exclusive representative of Johnson Metall AB (Sweden) for the Czech Republic.

HOBERO focuses on non‑ferrous metals and on precise cutting at its cutting centre. For smaller regular orders we can provide partial deliveries from stock (selected materials).

We deliver thick‑walled tubes, round and flat bars, and in some cases plates, cut to precise lengths as requested. Cutting is performed on high‑power Behringer band saws.
