At the HOBERO cutting centre we cut accurately and repeatably on Behringer band saws — ideal when you need extra capacity or a large working range.

We also cut customer-supplied material.

Large working range
Working range up to 3,000 × 550 × 600 mm and max table load 5,000 kg (LPS60‑3).
Materials by agreement
Typically stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, steel, aluminium and others.

Materials

From customer-supplied material we mainly cut stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, steel, aluminium and other materials by agreement.

Bronze, brass, copper and bearing bronze can be supplied from stock and cut to length as a separate service.

Saw capabilities

  • HBE511A — working range 510 × 510 mm, cutting speed 0–150 m/min, motor power 5.2 kW
  • LPS60‑3 — working range 3,000 × 550 × 600 mm, cutting speed 0–200 m/min, motor power 13.2 kW, max table load 5,000 kg
  • additional hydraulic‑gravity saw with approx. 350 mm cutting capacity
